So after the game .. when everyone  went to their respective tent for sleeping… he couldn’t sleep so he went near the lake and sat there.

After sometime.. he heard some footsteps ..near him..when he turned he saw Shubhangi standing there… he got up  and asked ..why she is here at this time..

She replied she couldn’t sleep .

Then gathering courage said to him- “Mayank ..i wanted to say something..i really love you.. when I saw you for the first time I really liked you and also developed a crush on you ..and somehow after spending time with you ..i started falling for you.. I really really love you Mayank”

Hearing her he got stunned and was not able to utter word.

What he didn’t know yet was that at  a  little distance Kshitija was standing behind the tree listening to their conversation. She was also not able to sleep so she decided to  take a walk near the lake when she heard their conversation.

She froze on hearing this.

She got teary eyed and her heart broke again

She was about to leave from there when she heard his voice- calm yet firm.
